Refunds

If you change your mind, you can have a full refund within 14 days of buying your pass. You do not need to give a reason, and it does not matter how much you have used it. This includes, and goes further than, your legal right to cancel.

How to ask

Email hello@citelit.com from the address you bought with, and say you would like a refund. Any clear message is enough; you do not need a form. We refund to the card or wallet you paid with, and the pass stops working when the refund is made. Refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.

After 14 days

After 14 days, a pass is not refundable, except where the law gives you a right to one, for example if Cite Lit does not work as described.
